What are the pre built maps that can be used in ROS for outdoor navigation

I am working on a project involving an outdoor autonomous rover with ROS 1 installed. I am new to ROS and would like to know which all map services(Openstreetmap OSM, Google maps etc) can be used for GPS navigation in ROS1. I have seen implementations of navigation systems using OSM and GPS. I am not interested in doing SLAM even though the rover is equipped with LiDAR and all basic sensors. It will be nice if someone could share git link of a Map-based navigation system using GPS or please point to some resources or keywords that I should check out. Thanks in advance
