ROS Point message for detected objects using Tensorflow

I'm using Tensorflow 1.15 with ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 16.4. I've trained my own model to detect any kind of ball. Now, it would be great to have a point message with the x and y coordinate of the detected object. Has anyone done this before? Or any tips on how to do this?
