Unresolved ROS.h on Eclipse Neon3 & ROS Kinetic
I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 with ROS Kinetic on my DELL XPS laptop, installed latest Eclipse Neon3 and followed every step from ROS IDE instruction. When I build a new project and open a tutorial file, lots of bugs appear on the code said "unresolved ros.h". I tried almost all available solution online and youtube tutorials(at least one years old.) but none works. Someone said the Eclipse should be run in terminal but Neon3 should be run by double-click. I installed Eclipse3.8 in terminal but same issue.
It has been more than 10 days I've not begun any coding, stuck by the environment setting! It's really frustrating! Really appreciate whom can provide a serial of steps to help me out. Thanks in advance!!!
