pointgrey flea3 Cannot Run Second Camera

I don't seem to be able to get two cameras running with the pointgrey_camera_driver.

The first camera works fine, but when I launch the second camera, the second camera doesn't return anything (and I traced it to a "cam_.StartCapture()" call in the PointGreyCamera.cpp, which never returns). I've tried multiple versions of libflycapture, building the pointgrey_camera_driver from source, etc.

Have you seen this issue before, or have any ideas? Thanks.
