Rosmake PCL17: cannot find -lsensor_msgs [closed]

I try to compile pcl17 with rosmake and get the following error.

[ 0%] Built target pcl_pcd_convert_NaN_nan /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsensor_msgs

All solutions found here did't work so far. Any idea?
