Initial Install Issues [closed]

I am attempting to do the initial install of ROS on Ubuntu 10 and have been getting the error

W: Failed to fetch http://packages.ros.org/ros/ububuntu/dists/lucid/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

There seems to be missing files online - is anyone else getting this same issue?

This happens after I run:

started from scratch and the system worked.
