What does this error mean "bash: foxy: No such file or directory"

Followed the official installation instructions and it worked fine. Attempted "printenv | grep -i ROS" this command to check my installation and it worked fine with some commands i get the above error

Are you sourcing your terminal before using ros2? Try doing this source ~/ros2_foxy/ros2-linux/setup.bash

You may want to add the above command to ~/.bashrc file to avoid sourcing each time when you open a new terminal.
