Keep a LINE_LIST oriented

I am using Noetic.

I am attempting to add several LINE_LIST markers in RViz to represent some action of my robot. However the lines appear to rotate to face the camera, and they will update if the camera has changed orientation. Is there a way to keep the line oriented in the same direction?

This appears to be similar to this question, which was never answered.

Alternatively I could put a very thin rectangular box in place, but there is not an option for a rectangular box, only a cube. This doesn't fit my needs. Is there another way to represent a rectangular box?
