ROS install procedure

I am newcomer for ROS. could you advise ROS install procedure (step by step)? Or advise where I can get this procedure?

You don't give us any information about what sort of platform you want to install on, but assuming ROS Melodic on an amd64 architecture and running Ubuntu Bionic:

please refer to wiki/install and pick the correct guide.

Make sure to use the binary installation (ie: not a source install), unless you absolutely need to.
