Converting rawdata from scanning into CloudPoint/3D model

Hello,

after scanning I have 3 kind of files - .bag .xml and some .pcd files. ROS environment is set up on my workstation. Could you give me some tips or information what should I do now to get cloud point from my scanning? As a final result i want to get 3D model of scanned place.
