Ros kinetic openni installation [closed]
Hi Guys,
I've been having huge trouble installing/using openni on my ros kinetic. I have tried installing both openni_launch and freenect_launch from Synaptic. However, when running either roslaunch 'openni_launch openni.launch' or 'roslaunch freenect_launch freenect.launch' I have encountered bunch of errors and basically didn't get even close to getting any output from my kinect. My question is - is there possibly any comprehensive guide on how to install openni, or any other tool for using kinect with ros kinetic? I would very much appreciate any help.
