but "catkin_make" must be invoked in the root of workspace how can i fix it?

The specified base path "/home/cyamak/catkin_ws/src/beginner_tutorials" contains a package but "catkin_make" must be invoked in the root of workspace

Run catkin_make in /home/cyamak/catkin_ws.

Just as the error says, you may only run catkin_make in the root of your workspace, which in this case is /home/cyamak/catkin_ws.

Not working for me, I get the same error message running catkin_make in the root of my workspace
