Camera calibration and different resolutions [closed]

Under Fuerte it seems that if you change the resolution of a camera the camera info is not working any more. It thought the ROI area would be changed but does not seem to happen. Like described here: http://answers.ros.org/question/11613... If the camera is calibrated again the calibration file in .ros/camera_info is just overwritten.
I am using Fuerte with uvc_camera. How can I easily switch from resolutions?
