Hi,

I am trying to run topological navigation stack as mentioned in http://ros.org/wiki/topological_navigation on Ubuntu 10.04, ROS Diamondback (installed from repository using debs). On launch, NO errors are reported but Stage GUI do not come up. No other GUI are present as well. The log files do not show termination of stage node or anyother node.

How shall i go forward? I had tried the fresh installation on second machine as well. I recieve same behaviour from launch file.

Log file can be found at link. Terminal output can be found at link.

Does the launch file actually start stage? Have you tried starting stage yourself?

Yes it do. I have also tested stage with command `stageros ../world/willow-full.pgm`.

The link you mentioned doesn't specify a launch file. Which file did you launch?

Launch instructions are followed as in [link](http://www.ros.org/wiki/Papers/ICRA2011_Konolige_Marder-Eppstein_Marthi?highlight=%28PublicationCategory%29) as roslaunch topological_roadmap move_base_topo_stage.launch

Please see the logs. I have edited initial post to include links to them.
