vlp-16 lidar phase shifts by 180 degrees at restart
Using a velodyne vlp-16 lidar to scan an environment, however its origin rotates by 180 degrees at if restarted. havent coded a solution as the phase shift happens randomly and is not predictable, however it is always 180 degrees.
by phase shift, i mean that if the 0th degree line of the sensor is facing forward, it can randomly change to facing backward if restarted.
