Looking for waypoint list mgt tool

I have a mobile robot and i use the follow_waypoints package to "play" waypoints_list stored in a .csv file.

I have a lot of editing to do in this long list. ( for my lawn mower operation in a complex layout ). - Adjusting points coordinates to avoid destination unreachable by the navigation stack planning) - Add, remove and insert waypoints - "Play" the waypoints - all the list or just a part of the list - Record the changes

I have searched for such a tool and never found. Ready to start programming, but it should be existing
