camera_calibration Segmentation fault(core dumped)

Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic
Spinnaker Version: 2.2.0.48 ROS Version: Melodic
Computer details
Processor: Xavier AGX RAM: 32G
I want to calibration my camera, and when I run
rosrun camera_calibration cameracalibrator.py size 8x6 square 0.0245 image:=/camera_array/cam0/image_raw camera:/camera
it make error messages
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
