Pi4 Noetic Ubuntu Mate? (looking for guidance) [closed]

So im completely new to coding and I wanted to get into something that gets my attentions. ROBOTS!. My Question is how would someone setup a Pi 4 running Ubuntu Mate (the robot computer) the master will be running in a Proxmox VM.

The project om trying to do is a 6 Axis robot arm (3D printed). I want the Ubuntu VM to run the hard stuff and the pi 4 would be running the robot arm. Id be using a4988s and TB600 (Nema 17 and 23) so i think maybe using Rosserial might be a good way to tackle this.

Any help, links and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.

This question is really really really broad. You are essentially asking for someone to outline how to build your robot from start to finish. You need to narrow the scope. I am going to close your question for being too broad. Perhaps start with just with the Pi and we can work up from there.
