How to start a robot when the ros architecture was finish ? [closed]

I want to make ROS architecture for an autonomous robot on raspberry pi but i have a big question it's : How to start physically a robot when the ros architecture was finish ? For exemple use a simple phiysically switch or script on webserveur to start at distance the robot and ros system. It is possible ?
