a full turtle circle
i have meet an interesting thing: system:win10 vmware15.5pro ubuntu18.04 ros melodic(which is not important) when runing :
rostopic pub turtle1/cmd_vel geometry_msgs/Twist "linear:
x: 200.0
y: 0.0
z: 0.0
angular:
x: 0.0
y: 0.0
z: 200.0" -r 10
i surpose to see a empty circle,but i see a full circle.but the turtle should not have the chance to walk through the circle.actually it take the shorter way rather then quickly go round.
(and as you can see i have a poor english......)
Hi,
The first thing to understand is why you are sending that command. You are just commanding the base to go 200m/s and 200 rad/s. That values are too high to control the platform properly.
