How to repair a blinking Hokuyo UST 10lx LIDAR ? [closed]

Hello,

The Hokuyo UST 10lx LIDAR are permanently blinking. The datasheet indicates that it s a malfunction state. But i cant find what the origin of the problem is. Moreover, is it possible to repair a blinking Hokuyo UST 10lx LIDAR (by myself and not wait for the warranty) or is it definitely broken ?

Email Hokuyo technical support, they've always been very quick and helpful when I've been in touch. I would not recommend attempting any type of repair yourself.
