Internal Server Error trying to ask a question

I tried to ask my first question on ROS Answers today. When I submitted it I got the following error.

Internal server error system error log is recorded, error will be fixed as soon as possible please report the error to the site administrators

I have been unable to find a way to report this to the site administrator. Can someone please help me with how to proceed?
