Kinematics plugin (arm) failed to load

This is the error im getting when i try to run my MOVEIT configured file from MOVEIT setup assistant from my custom urdf file:

[ERROR] [1532339485.754796559]: The kinematics plugin (arm) failed to load. Error: According to the loaded plugin descriptions the class cached_ik_kinematics_plugin/CachedKDLKinematicsPlugin with base class type kinematics::KinematicsBase does not exist. Declared types are  kdl_kinematics_plugin/KDLKinematicsPlugin lma_kinematics_plugin/LMAKinematicsPlugin srv_kinematics_plugin/SrvKinematicsPlugin
[ERROR] [1532339485.754831988]: Kinematics solver could not be instantiated for joint group arm.

my URDF file was exported from solid works using SW_URDF_exporter. please let me know what do for this error.

Have you tried simply selecting another Kinematics solver in the setup assistant?
