Unable to import iris drone model in Rviz

I run Gazebo simulation with launching mavros px4. After that, I open Rviz and add robot model but I am not able to see iris in Rviz although I can see the list of mavros topics in Rviz. I get status:error in robot model option. I can see iris UAV in Gazebo.
