How to control servo motor (Pololu) which needs microSeconds() as input using ROS for subscribing values published by Rviz?

I am using Arduino to control Pololu motors. I got a code which incorporates very huge values ((50000000000000 / 230097118183)*msg1.data) +(360996812082500/230097118183); for getting the input from Rviz of ROS. I am not able to understand the meaning of this equation. Kindly help me if you have any idea. Thanks in advance.

Neither do I, do you have any context, where you got the code from? Also this is maybe better asked to the Pololu people?
