vertical stereo calibration

Hi all,

I am calibrating my vertical stereo camera (one above other) with camera_calibration package. At the end epipolar error is to high around 20. Is there any way to calibrate vertical stereo cameras properly or any suggestion that help me to calibrate the cameras properly?
