I am pretty new to ROS. Is there a good tutorial about how to do mapping on simulator? Either video or text is fine.

Which robot are you using? Take a look at http://wiki.ros.org/gmapping and http://wiki.ros.org/hector_mapping .

http://learn.turtlebot.com includes mapping tutorials for both live robots and simulation that you might find helpful.

I create a git repository with all the setup. You only need to runlaunch the main_launch

But it's not in simulation. But as Turtle said, there is hector and gmapping that are made for it. Also try to look at some Youtube video to get how it work
