master node to monitor the health status of the all running nodes

Hi, I am looking for a masternode which will keep publishing the health status of the running nodes. it will stat the node health status conditions i.e active ,dead or crashed.

Thanks , but here my question about node statistics , in terms of whether it is running or not if it got died then pid should be shown and master node must have bonding with other nodes.
