ROS kinetic on my Ubuntu 16.04 LTS install error
Hi, I'm a noob to linux and while installing ROS Kinetic on 16.04 LTS encountered this error

I should add that the first step would be to reboot the computer; your very first error message indicates a file is in use by another process, and issues cascade from there:
