could not receive rostopic msg,but the app on android pad have registerd ros master

As I said,my app on android pad have registered on ros master which is running on PC.but my app could not received msg which is published by a ros node running on PC(at this time,if I ping pad's ip,it have a latency of 100-200ms).Mostly time it's ok. But sometimes it does not work.Could any one help me find the reason?

Today I find a way to make it recovery. pull out PC's network cable,then reboot PC,The system works well.
