Need recommendation on choosing robotic arm

Hi,

can someone recommend a ROS and gazebo enabled robotic arm under 2000$ ? Only requirement is that it should be plug'n'play with ROS and gazebo. Also I need feedback signals from motors like torque, angular position and angular velocity
