how using robot pose publisher for links in arm robot?? [closed]

hi . i have a arm robot like this.

The robot_pose_publisher package contains a ROS node that will publish the transform between the /base_link frame and the /map frame as a pose message. i want publish the transform between the /base_link frame and the end_effector link frame and plot pose of link(end_effector) . what have i do ?
