list the system dependencies of a ROS package? [closed]

while rospack depends pkg_name lists out only the ROS dependencies, is there a command to list out the system dependencies of a ROS package as well?

Not sure if you are working together, but could we perhaps close either this one or #q255198? They're basically duplicates.
