kinect connect problem... No matching device found....

I installed the openni_launch package in hydro version and plugged in the Kinect. I did as what is said on the wiki (link text). However, when I input the roslaunch openni_launch openni.launch, I got the following problems. We have tried many times. Does anyone know what the problem is? Could you please kindly help us. Thank you!
