Unable to use RGBD Slam remotely

Hi, I am having issues using RGBD Slam remotely , nothing shows up on the GUI.When I rostopic list , all of the openni topics are present.I am building the point cloud on the base station(laptop) to save bandwidth and have set the subscriber queue to 6.I have run out of ideas , tried throttling the data also but to no avail.Any suggestions?
