Hi I am a beginner with ROS and UR10. I do not know how to connect a UR10 robot. I want to know how we can move for instance 3mm up, down, right or left of the currency position? I saw in this forum some codes about moving to the P position of the joint position with specific acceleration and velocity but I do not completely understand how I can move the tip of manipulator a specific amount in different directions?

ROS-Industrial has so-called "robot drivers" that allow you to control a Universal Robot with ROS. See wiki.ros.org/universal_robot for some more information.

PS: Seeing as you say you are "a beginner", I'd recommend to first do the generic ROS tutorials, including the MoveIt ones. Afterwards, the ROS-Industrial Training Exercises might be a good start into ROS & motion planning for industrial robots.

Thanks but I am not a completely beginner , I read all of the tutorial! I have read ros page of universal robot but I have not found the answer of my question? Would you please give me some codes to change the position in different direction for UR10?

Have you done the MoveIt ones? They should show you how to control motion of a manipulator. In any case: the training exercises I linked also cover that topic.
