Using RVIZ for visualising bending of cylinders

I want to visualise the bending and twisting of cylinders in ROS. I dont have enough karma to post links or images.

I want to visualise the entire bending from initial position to final.I want to knwo whether RVIZ is the right tool for that. If yes, can someone please give a hint on what to look at and how to proceed. If no, please suggest the necessary tool in ROS which might make it easier.Thanks!
