rosbuild error during ros install mac osx 10.6.6

on a Mac OSX 10.6.6,

I had the following error for ros install command: rosinstall ~/ros "http://packages.ros.org/cgi-bin/gen_rosinstall.py?rosdistro=diamondback&variant=ros-full&overlay=no"
