Confused, first with ROS [closed]

after installed ros. What should i do? install building or creating package

tell me please!

rosmake rospack i can't use

soory, i trying simmulator and "roscd beginner_tutorials" can't use. i learning navigation and mapping what should i learn ?

Are you using groovy or fuerte? did you do source /opt/ros/<distro>/setup.bash ?

If you have successfully installed ros, I'd just read through all of the tutorials if you haven't already.

The question is vague and not very clear, since @tramin is new to our community I am not down voting him. It is advisable to see the ROS tutorials.

If you are using ROS groovy, make sure to select it on top of tutorial page.

I try this http://www.ros.org/wiki/stage/Tutorials/SimulatingOneRobot . How can i do?

I has teleop_base folder at /home/teleop_base , It's correct.?

rosrun teleop_base teleop_base_keyboard base_controller/command:=cmd_vel

[rospack] Error: stack/package teleop_base not found

try to run just stage (step 3 and 4)... after this try the next steps without rosmake packages (teleop_base and rviz) and tell me what happens...

I has problem 8. Using rqt_console and roslaunch 1.2.2 Using roslaunch. it can't. My goal is navigation and mapping SLAM for robotics. How i do ?

Please do not use the answer field for comments. You are probably using groovy, than you should not use rosmake but catkin_make
