Fastdds has the possibility to configure "flow controllers" limiting the rate at which the data is sent by a DataWriter. (https://fast-dds.docs.eprosima.com/en...)

Is it possible to utilize this through the ROS publishers?

Running Humble on Ubuntu Jammy.
