How to create a correct Image Map for Stageros / Fuerte? [closed]

Hallo,

I have a problem with Fuerte / Ubuntu 10.04. I create with GIMP a PNG or PGM image. But after that, I'm not able to select the Robot on Stage Viewer, just the background.

If I take the file "cave.png" from then example pack, it work perfectly.

1) http://mobotica.googlecode.com/files/simple-standalone.tar.gz

2) http://mobotica.googlecode.com/files/stage-controllers.tar.gz

but not the other one "roomba-stage.png"

What is the difference? transparency, resolution, colors?
