Autonomous Valet Parking (AVP) : Error Trying to change gear

OS : Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Environment: Autoware, ROS2, ade-foxy, Nvidia 11.4

Issue: Autonomous Valet Parking Demonstration, vehicle stuck due to error: Trying to change gear

Hello could you share the branch your branch hash? Are you in latest master?

Also don't forget to remove contents of the src/external folder and perform vcs import < autoware.auto.foxy.repos and remove build and install folders before building.
