Have you installed the library correctly?
Yes, I used the "pip install roslibpy" in terminal
Only other thing I can think of is a Python2/Python3 mix-up; does
pip3 install roslibpy
work any better? Or use#!/usr/bin/env python3

. Python3 is not going to work for melodic.Why do you want to use
roslibpy
if you're running code within the ROS system already? Why not userospy
?
