Why is moveit python trajectory motion not smooth?

Hi, I am going through the moveit noetic python tutorial using the Panda arm. The transparent robot arm moves very smoothly, but the actual panda arm seems to make small jumps and not smooth at all. Is there a way to make the actual robot in simulation smoother?

I assume you're talking about the frame rate of the robot arm being lower than the visualiztion of the planned trajectory?
