Want to publish xyz for a drone and be able to subscribe to it with another drone

So i have just started learning it last week, but i need this for a project so im really doing everything i can I can write the pub and sub nodes But i cant actually link them to the drones i have And i dont know where to place the scripts...etc I dont want TF i just want for drone 1 to send to drone2 some odom data and vice versa
