Using LaserScan with Sonar [closed]

I was wondering if I needed to make some form of modification to the laserscan messages, and like can I just use it as it is with my existing sonar board?

You need to give people more context in your question. What sonar board are you using? What version of ROS? Please be as specific as possible.
