Odometry help to move robot randomly

I have a robot in a area where their are no obsatcle i want to create a service to reqest and reply so robot will reqest a random position to move and the servive will ranomly give the position and robot will move to the position after that again robot will ask position and again ithe server will give the postion and again robot will move to the random position like this it will go on . In shot i wand a servervwhich will create a random target for robot and robot will move randomly plz help me.
