Unable to load joint_state_controller on Gazebo while working with Baxter

Hello, i'm trying to work with a Baxter Robot for a project however when i launch Gazebo with the command:

roslaunch ppion_gazebo ppion_baxter.launch

I get the following errors :



When i type the command:

rosservice call controler_manager/list_controler_types i get the following:


To try to fix my problem i tried the following commands:


But the error still persists, does anyone know what i can do to fix this?

I'm sorry for not posting the images with the output for each command stated but the website wouldn't let me because i don't have enough points if there is any way to circumvent that i would gladly repost the question or edit this post.
