Kinect Camera not outputting topics

I am using the package from

And I am trying to modify the sjtu_drone package to include a depth camera, so I modified the sjtu_drone.sdf to have:

I put these under the down_camera plugins, however, when I rostopic list, all the topics I specified in the camera_plugin did not show up.

Any tips on how to solve this issue? Thank you.

update: I noticed that, when I removed this line from start_gaserver:

export GAZEBO_PLUGIN_PATH=$pack_path/plugins:$GAZEBO_PLUGIN_PATH

Then the Kinect camera can publish topics, but the drone topics are missing. On contrast, when I include this line, I got the drone topics but not the Kinect topics.
