Do you have a URDF model of your robot? Can you manually send messages to get your method of propulsion to move the robot? There is a lot of missing information here before someone can helpfully answer your question. Have you gone through the turtle tutorials?

Hi! Actually, now I do not have a URDF model, but i want to create it and then I want to program my robot to move and I've launched another simulations in gazebo like turtlebot3 and I want to know how to do it by myself, but don't understand how to do it. I would be greatful if you gave me some advice or sources where I can find it.

I can't give more advice than you need to follow the tutorials for ROS, it would take far too long to write out each individual missing piece of information you have. Launching simulations in gazebo is useful if you know how to glean enough information to skip the tutorials. It doesn't seem like you should be skipping the tutorials.
